Home Staging

Are you looking to live in your house while it’s on the market? I know how to help you take your home and turn it into a product buyers want! All of my staging services start with a consultation where I go to your property to fully assess it. Every home is different, but I give sellers a comprehensive to-do list that covers everything from cleaning to paint colors to asset-editing to actual staging, etc. After just a consultation with me, homeowners feel guided and supported during the home prepping process. If sellers choose, I return to stage after homework is complete. Staging and rental packages are customized per home that includes my signature of specially selecting a front door mat.

Design Let’s get to know each other and talk about what’s bothering you in your home. If you feel like we are good match then we will get to work on making the solutions we come up with your reality. I charge flat fees for these services based on what is needed. 

Design consultations are $75 up to an hour.

 

Paint Quit wasting time and money on paint samples on exterior and interior paint color selections! One room, whole house palette, or exterior - I go to your home to talk paint with you. I know about undertones, lighting, fixed elements, sheens, different types of paints, color matching, etc. I got you! I use Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, PPG, and Farrow and Ball colors.

This service is a flat fee per space that is finished when colors are selected, starting at $75. 

 

*I work with my own contractors or yours for both design and paint colors.
